Hi all,

I'm facing the same strange problem. This is what I did and what is happening:

I've installed Joomdle 0.7 on Joomla 2.5.4, with Moodle 2.2.2+ and Jomsocial 2.4.1. All modules, plugins, etc seem to work just fine so far, but the integration with jomsocial activity doesnt.

I started by creating 3 courses and some activities in moodle using the joomla admin (who was prevously given full moodle permissions). Those activities showed up in jomsocial, all fine. Then I logged in as a normal user, enroled myself in a couple of courses and took a quiz, and those activities showed up in jomsocial as done by a guest. I checked the db and actor is set to 0.

Also, if I'm logged in, I only see those guest's activities but the courses created by the admin no longer appear. These activities only show up when logged out. Even stranger is that if I get logged again as the admin, I don't see these activities about the course creation, which the admin itself had done; if, as the admin, I take a quiz, this is reflected as done by a guest, but if I then create a new course, this activity shows up just fine as done by the admin (but only when I'm logged out).

Any clue about what's going on? Hope I've been clear enough, this is kinda messy... :-)

UPDATE: Now, after having logged in and out a few times, no joomdle activity at all shows up when I'm logged in. Even those activities made by the admin are not visible on its own jomsocial profile when I'm logged in as the admin. All still fine when I'm logged out.

Hi there.

There is a problem with R0.7 and latest Joomla, which causes this behaviour.

It's fixed (or at least it should be) in R0.8. If you want me to send it so you can test if this solves your problem, drop me an email at antonio@joomdle.com
