Hi folks

I am completely new to Joomdle - but it looks pretty amazing, bar a slight problem in actually getting it working!

Moodle upgraded to Moodle 2.2+ (Build: 20111209)
Fresh install of Joomla 1.73 plus Jomsocial, Kunena and a couple of others..

Installed Joomdle both sides, everything worked okay, but system check fails:

"Joomla URL seems to be misconfigured in Joomdle auth plugin in Moodle"

I have checked URL is correct in Moodle and tried both external IP and 127.0.0.1 - have also tried messing around with /etc/hosts so that lynx mysite.com works

I have mod_security installed but after a couple of rule exclusions it isn't throwing any errors.

In Joomla, I can see data from Moodle so it seems it is working one way. In the instructions there was mention of enabling web services in Joomla, but I cannot find that setting anywhere in 1.7..

Thanks for any suggestions and Big thanks for this amazing open source effort..

Pls find this link to the list of error messages and suggestions on what to do.

www.joomdle.com/wiki/System_health_check

When it comes to the URL pls ensure you do not have a / at the end of your url

Replied by RichardP on topic Re: Joomla URL seems to be misconfigured...
Succesfully fixed this by putting moodle in a subdirectory on the same domain: www.mysite.com/training/

Thanks
