XML-RPC Error (0): Error reading from database was created by nakashima_mura

i accessed the user tab in joomla,but error like title occurred.
what's the problem, did i forget important step?

Do you have all green in system check?
Do you have lots of users?

All are green with system check.
i have less than 20 users .
