Cannot add or edit users

Hello!

I am a noob to Joomdle and very excited to dive right in!

At the moment I am having issues adding/editing users, when I pull up the page it displays all the users, but no checkboxes to select nor can I click on any of the Add Items in the nav above. Every time I click on "Add users to Joomla, Moodle, Migrate users to Joomdle, Sync Moddle, Joomla, Parents" pop-up tells me to select from the list to add or edit and I cannot.

I have attached some screen shots of what I see.

Can you please help me?

I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

There are two things that I can see immediately.
1) Joomdle does not sync system admin accounts, so you will not see check boxes for those. Similarly for Guest accounts. Try putting in some 'normal' registered users.
2) I see an error message indicating that you have selected Profile types but have not configured it yet. You may wish to switch off Profile Types

We do have another issue, on our user screen we have an account that has an ID of -8, no user info, but does have a checks in regards to Moodle Account and Joomla User.

How do we get rid of that?

That is just an user that is in Moodle but not in Joomla.
The '-' sign is to denote this is a moodle id, instead of a joomla one.
