Joomla Register error

Hi

My joomla website is using joomdle. I have changed joomla /moodle url and ip in Xmlrpc - Joomdle. After that, I found the error page(please see attached file) when I create registration in joomla. But I can see this register user in administrator back end. I cannot delete users from administrator. When I edit users in admin back end, I found the error page ( please attached file). I cannot login in moodle ( I am sure this user is moodle user) How to solve this problem? My developing site is using Joomdle. Please help me because this is urgently to deliver.

I can't see the pics in the file (too small). Please always upload pics directly instead of creating word documents.

What do you have in system check? What versions are you using?
