Numerous Activities and Resources from Moodle won't work

Hi,

Currently we are working on testing Joomdle, and seem to find that we can't see any of Moodle's Activities and Resources such as glossary, lessons, surveys, ect in Course Contents. Now we can see documents, forums, and assignments. But none of the others.

Is there a feature that needs to be enabled or am I missing something entirely, I've searched this site and the web for a answer and haven't found one. I also attached a screenshot to show what it's doing for these features.

Thank You,

Best,
Craig

Hi Craig.

I just added a note to the documentation to make it clear that the course view is still a work in progress. Only some resources/activities have been added, and we will be adding more in future releases.

Meanwhile, I suggest you use the wrapper view directly.

Anyway, in my opinion, this view is conceived for "simple" courses, where most/all of the work can be done withouth visitng Moodle.
If you are using lessons, surveys, etc., even if we include links to them in the course view, users will be visiting Moodle most of the time to do the work, so you may just use the wrapper view instead of the course one.

Thanks for the update Antonio,

Wouldn't there be a way to just duplicate the same response for the "assignment" resource and just pull the action for say the "quiz" function.

That way I can still use the course content feature much like a mask and the wrapper as subbmission tool.

After surfing through the source code, it appears you have it a bit more heavier than a simple manipulation. Do you have any thoughts as to how I can get this put together.

Thanks Antonio

Hi.

I just finished testing some mods, to make it list all activities. I also included icons for all standar activities.

If you want to test it, drop me an email at antonio@joomdle.com and I will send you the package.
