I have recently started using this great tool. If I have understood your question properly, Joomdle supports installing on localhost. Simply follow Joomdle's installation instruction in the documentation section.

Yes you can run joomdle in localhost. It looks like your localhost php installation does not contain the php xmlrpc libraries or they are not configured.


You may need to just configure your php environment or you may need to download the xml-libraries for your particular version of php and stack. For example, I run uniserver under my windows 7 laptop. This already comes with the xmlrpc libraries installed and configured.

I suggest you look at your particular server environment and see their docs for xmlrpc configuration.
