joomla doesn't auto create user

hi guys,

I have a problem with auto create user on joomla
- when I create user from joomla then it auto create user to moodle
however,
- when I create user from moodle then it doesn't create user to joomla :pinch:

I am wondering if anyone could help me fix this

ps. all items in system check are green.

Did you enable "sync users" in Joomdle auth plugin in Moodle?

yes, it has already enabled.

new user I created in moodle is shown in the joomdle component and it marked as moodle account
but is not shown in joomla user manager

what I want to have is
I want to integrate joomla and moodle to use single sign on
- use joomdle to bring the courses from moodle to display on joomla
- use features from moodle to handle the courses and manipulate learning system
(so basically, users are not going to moodle)

what I have done
- moodle and joomla are on different domain
- the configurations are in the attachments

any advices would be appreciate.

after I ran the test on sso. I have figured it out that I have had it already.
sorry for my misunderstanding.

However, this is how I manage users

step 1: I create a user in moodle first then
step 2: come to joomdle component on joomla then
step 3: add moodle's user to joomla manually then
step 4: in the user manager I enable and activate user manaully.


is it possible that joomdle can automatically add user to joomla?

Yes, as I said, you need to:
- enabled sync users in joomdle auth plugin in moodle
- select joomdle as the auth method when creating the new user

I got it now.
I forgot to select joomdle as the auth method when creating the new user in moodle.
it works bautifully now
