Joomla

Everything was woking fine until I upgraded Joomla to 1.5.25. (from 1.5.23.) Still things are working until I try to view a course, I get the Moodle "edit profile page" in place of the course.

There seems to be some information missing from the users profile:

Surname
City
Country

It's working. Not sure what was going. Just tried registering new user in both ie9 and FireFox, both are working ok.

I take it back.

After completing registration, users are not registered in Joomdle or Moodle.

When the user views a course, they are taken to the edit profile screen.

Any suggestions where to start to fix this issue. All I did was a simple Joomla upgrade from 1.5.23 to 1.5.25

A complete reinstall of Joomdle on Joomla? It's strange that it works sometimes.

It seems something else has changes, if suddenly you are having those problems.

First, if user is not auto-created, check Joomdle config (create users in moodle). Also check that you are not using profile types, or if you are, you have set them to be created in Moodle.

The edit screen in moodle appears when not all required profile fields are set. If you have mapped the required fields, this should no happen (that is, when user sync is workinf fine)

Hi Antonio and thanks for your help. Everything checked out ok. One thing I noticed was that I couldn't scroll in the edit screen from moodle. I changed the "Links Behavior" in Joomdle to:

Wrapper scroll bar: Yes,
Autoheight in wrapper: Yes
Transparent wrapper : Yes

After making these changes, the courses appear and not the moodle profile page.

I tested in ie9, firefox, and chrome, all working consistently.

One note: I did fail to mention that I had updated my Joomla Template too. I'm using a Rocket Theme Template. Somehow, I think my problem is related to the template.

Thanks
