Hi, Antonio

I have a very annoying problem!

Joomdle is correctly configured . Can display moodle courses in joomla fine.

Hikashop gets courses from Joomdle just fine when we tell Joomdle to sell in shop.

System-joomdlehikashop plugin is enabled.

Joomdle is set as an enrolment method into moodle course with a Enrol Cost.

If a user purchases a course Hikashop completes the transaction and confirms 'payment'.

User however is not enrolled in moodle, the user is listed under Moodle and Joomdle columns of the Joomla-Joomdle "Users" listing.

Joomdle not send the confirmation email and if I go to the course that I bought, I get the button to purchase

Any ideas on why joomdle is not enrolling my users when they 'purchase' a course? It seems hikashop finishes it part of the transaction but the message isnt getting to joomdle to do its bit or joomdle is not telling moodle about the enrolment.

thanks
Fabio

Joomla 1.5.26
Joomdle 0.7
Moodle 2.0.8

Hi.

Try this: set the order as Confirmed in Hikashop backend. If it is already confirmed, set it to Created, save, and then set it to Confirmed.
Then, check if the user is added to the course.

It worked ... eureka!

I also enabled in moodle the plugin for manual enrollment :-)

Initially I had disabled the manual enrollment and activated only Joomdle enrollment method with Cost to Enrol

bye
