redirect problem using hikashop and joomdle

I don't know if this problem is about joomdle or hikashop or just my website settings but here it is: when i click on Buy course button i am redirected to this address and i can't go further to checkout:

www.mywebsite.com/component/hikashop/produs/cid-2156

which is not correct, since my shop can be found at :

www.mywebsite.com/comenzi/lansare-comanda-smartphone

and moodle course can be found at:

www.mywebsite.com/comenzi/lansare-comand.../2156-test-achizitie

You have not really given much information to go on. What is your joomdle, joomla, moodle, hikashop versions. Considering you are trying to buy a course redirecting to component/hikashop looks appropriate, unless you are saying that you have SEF enabled which directs hikashop to comenz ? If so, then it would be useful to know what settings / configuration you have done to redirect.
