Check that you published the joomdlehikashop plugin.

Those empty spaces have nothing to do with shop enrolments.

Another thing: it seems the code for the course you are testing is not a course ID (it should be the course ID, not something like NIC_Knowledge....)

Thank you for responding so quickly Antonio. I don't know about that course code: that was created when I published the course from Moodle, and I didn't change it. Should I change it to the Course number shown in Moodle?

Moodle Course info

I did check all of the plugins: the Joomdle plugin IS enabled.

Do you see anything else?

Course code should be the course ID in Moodle, not the ID number.

Just delete course from shop and create it again through Joomdle backend.

I now have students and orders tied to that course; I think it's too late to delete and re-add, is it not? But if I did, I would use Components | Joomdle | Shop | New Bundle, correct?

I believe you are correct on where to update. It is tough to troubleshoot on a production system once it is live. I've learned the hard way to set up a copy of the production environment where I do most of the trial and error stuff. Recreating one order shouldn't be too big of an issue - but I would hate to still be troubleshooting it when you have hundreds of orders on your production site.
