XML-RPC Error (0): Error reading from database

I get this error every time I try to access the user list through Joomdle.

Enable debugging on moodle to try to get more info about the error.

It's not giving me an error any more, but there are a couple users I'm trying to add from Joomla to Moodle and it's not working. Joomdle says "User already exists in Moodle", but they're not on the users list in Moodle.

Not sure where to go from here.

I would start by looking at the database table just to ensure there is no users that are half created / left over creating dirty data. If it says the users already exist, it is likely there is data there somewhere.
