When installing a new RocketTheme template - if you also choose to install the new extensions with the theme as well...
RokCandy will turn itself on automatically when installed. When this happens, I got XLM-RPC errors when trying to access the front end and back end of my site. I had to go into the Joomla database -> extensions table and disable the RokCandy component and 2 RokCandy plug-ins before the site would come back.
At first only the User part of Joomdle wouldn't work, but eventually everything failed on the front and backend of Joomla. Turning RokCandy off completely in the Joomla database extensions table seemed to fix everything. If this happens to you, use phpmyadmin or similar -> find the Joomla "extensions" table -> find the 3 rows for RokCandy (1 component and 2 plug-ins) -> Change the "Enabled" field from 1 to 0 for these three rows.
