I am one of the old members of Joomdle website and I have been using Joomdle since the very first version. Maybe Antonio and his friends can remember me.
Yesterday, I purchased RSFirewall and I installed on the website, after some suggestions and fixes of Rsfirewall like changing temp and log folders to home directory instead of public_html and other changes, I noticed that Joomdle crashed.
So I installed Joomdle again and now I have problem.
First in firefox, I get some warning messages before coming to the site and some times after loging out, here are the messages:
Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in /home/ezaban/public_html/administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php on line 137
Warning: file_get_contents( www.ezaban.com/uni/webservice/xmlrpc/ser...9142ba907cd30d8f2aa0 ) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/ezaban/public_html/administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php on line 137
Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0 in /home/ezaban/public_html/administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php on line 137
Warning: file_get_contents( www.ezaban.com/uni/webservice/xmlrpc/ser...9142ba907cd30d8f2aa0 ) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/ezaban/public_html/administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php on line 137
Curl is installed on the server but I get an error in system check if I use it. It says the url is not properly configured in Moodle side, (but it is configured correctly).
Now I use file_get_content . All system checks pass without any problem.
the problems I have now are
1- the warning message I get at the first when I want to go to the main www.ezaban.com website.
2- the users should login when they go to moodle. So single sign in and out does not work.
I have disabled sh404sef and I have also moved the log and temp folder back to public_html . But I still have these problem.
I hope you can find out the reason of this problem.

Rsfirewall creates a php.ini file and it puts it in the public_html folder, we just have to remove the damn file.
