Hi all,

New installation
Joomla 2.5.7
Moodle 2.2

After clicking on a course under "my Courses", I get a blank, no course material is showing. If I set the "Open Moodle links in" to "New Window", I get a new moodle window and can view the course material.

Something is blocking the moodle course information from displaying. Any ideas? Thanks.

I forgot to mention that all check marks are green under system health.

Did you allow frame embedding on Moodle side?

Hi Antonio and thanks for your response,

I set Frame Embedding in the Security section:

Site Admin | Security | HTTP security| Allow Frame embedding

This didn't work.

If I link to the course through a menu item, it displays just fine.

However, linking My Courses to a menu item, provides the list of courses, but selecting a course form the list displays an empty frame.

Thanks, dp

Oaky, I removed the joomdle external service:

Site administration / ► Plugins / ► Web services / ► External services and delete the joomdle webservice

Created a new web service (joomdle) and added functions and then added the joomdle user to the webservice.

Then I set active Allow Frame Embedding:

Site Admin | Security | HTTP security| Allow Frame embedding

Now it the frame displays content.

Had a similar experience myself. The symptoms were greater but the end result is that services were not being recognised. I traced it down to a bug in moodle writing or not writing username and services to the database and reported back the moodle guys. Not sure if it was ever solved.
