Just clicking Joomdle stuff gives me XML-RPC Error (0): Erro was created by Alex Watterson
Hi,
OK, installed Joomle. System check (was) all fine.
In admin mode if I go Components > Joomdle > Users I get
XML-RPC Error (0): Invalid user.
If I go to public site and login as known good user I put in credentials and get
XML-RPC Error (0): Invalid user
if I then hit browser back home though it HAS logged me in successfully!
If I try and look at the system check (which was all fine and all green) I get
PHP Notice: Undefined index: error in C:\Joomla\administrator\components\com_joomdle\views\check\tmpl\default.php on line 26
Basically its not really working at all!
As cant view users in Joomdle cant even delete and recreate or anything!
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks, Alex

Hey Antonio,
Thanks for getting back to me. I can't tell anymore because when I click on System Check now I get:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: error in C:\Joomla\administrator\components\com_joomdle\views\check\tmpl\default.php on line 26
Ive actually just unpublished on Joomdle components/plugins and the errors have stopped. But obviously thats only a short term solution.
Thx,
Alex

Hi Alex, if I recalled correctly, you have made some changes to the Joomdle core code to playing with the users logins??? You may want to revert back so we have a basis of comparison. Also, I recall you were similarly getting XML-RPC errors occasionally on the database or system files?? Did this get resolved? If so, what has changed since that time and now?
Also I notice you are using an older version of Joomdle, while I don't think this is related but ..., there was an error in the user search an older joomdle
www.joomdle.com/en/forum/r08-support/896...dle-user-search#9764
Finally, it does say invalid user:
- so are there any "funny" characters in the username?
- have you installed all the joomdle functions in moodle?
