It also migrates users. The "migrate to joomdle" action makes moodle user use joomdle as the auth method (it's done in the UPDATE query)

thanks Antonio for this confirmation..
we have not been able to do this yet, since we upgraded to Moodle 2.5.2 and are facing a different issue, but I will start a new thread for this.
