Swithing Moodle Instance

Im gonne switch from Moodle instance,

I had an moodle version that was quite standard and seprate i created a new moodle instance and created this to my own settings and layout...

Also i have created all courses again in SCORM and moren..

Now on joomla all products are in the shop with all my students and there settings there.
Now i want to switch from moodle..

I need ofcourse change the settings in the general confugiration ect, upload the students ect... but my main question is..

How can i relink the course in moodle to the excisting cource in Joomla (hikashop).
Is this posible in Moodle or Joomla or do i somewhere hack in the database?

Just delete old ones, and create new. Or if you want to do it manually, you can change SKU in products, to match course ID.
