Enrolment period

Hi friends, I have been looking around and although there are a few questions regarding this issue, none of them fully helped me out.

I am using Joomdle 0.92, virtuemart 2.5 and joomla 2.5. Everything is working fine.

But I would like to enable a three month course expiration, and notification, I have been reading that it has to be done in manual enrollment. Will this setting also work for the joomdle enrollment? Manual enrolment is enabled, although there is only chance to enrol trough joomdle and virtuemart. Is this the right way?

I have also seen that in the joomdle enrolment plugin there is an enrolement period, in seconds. Does this have anything to do with my question? I could not find any further information about this point.

I am afraid to do experimenting right now, because there are some peolple already enrolled into the course, so I better place the question here to be sure I am not doing any nonsense.

Yes, I think you need to set it in the manual method.

Joomdle does not really use the joomdle enrol method to enrol users, but instead it uses the manual one, so the parameters should be set there.

We use the joomdle enrol method only to be able to put a cost to the course, to use it in the shop.
