The user is not enrolled in moodle when I sell course via VM

The courses are regularly imported VM, moodle tells me that it is "okay" in control of the system.
When I sell the course comes the confirmation email with the link to the course.
By clicking on the link you redirected on the page (moodle) where you have to complete the personal data.
Once compiled (so the user is created as student moodle) the user is not enrolled in any course
What should I still check to see what I'm wrong

What happens if you do not integrate VM and auto enroll new joomla registered users? Ie are they added to the moodle course. Typically we would recommend you get everything working first before you integrate one of the shops. When you go straight to shop integration you are trying to get 4 systems all working at the same time which can create quite a few potential areas for problems.
