Joodmle plug in does not appear in Moodle/Enrolments

Hi...me again.

I'm trying to install the joomdle enroll plugin in Moodle
I've followed the instructions (uploading and decompressing the enrol_joomdle.zip in the moodle/enrol subdirectory.
The problem is that the Enrolment option does not appear in the site admin menu after doing this.

Try uploading it using Moodle's Install add-ons, if you have a recent Moodle.

If not: did it prompt you to upgrade when you copied the files? If not, check permissions, folder structure...
