Logs: Action Webservice Error 404

The list Logs by clicking the Action (webservice) says 404 error page.
Joomla and Moodle are in the same environment

Can you explain better? I don' understand what you mean.

Within Moodle has option to report log
In log has a column the action
In this column has a record of webservice
Clicking the webservice is opening this error page
If you click on other items normally
You have any integration project, you can perform these test.
