Course view when showing exam

When I click Go to course, it shows nicely in Course view, as well as one page lecture, but when clicking on exam it show moodle in wrapper with left boxes navigation, etc. I saw in demo that exam or some questionairre is shown in course view without navigation. how to achieve that?

That is a Moodle template thing. The demo uses a stripped template.

Tried the temolate, but still it shows navigation on left, now on both page and quiz part. Attached are the screenshots. Also config View tab.
Any help would be great.

I have been told our template does not fully work on newer Moodle version.
I recommend you to try the other one, contributed by Fernando. It does not hide menus, but it is a resposive template.
