Joomdle not passing required data to moodle

Hello,
I am facing a problem as joomdle not sending all required user data to moodle's db. Only username and encrypted password is getting passed to moodle "user" table. All joomdle health check's are green.
I have tried the SSO between joomla and moodle with latest stable versions as well as lower versions also.
My setup is on a VPS.
The same code if i setup that on different server then it works fine and that server is a dedicated one.
All the required extensions and environment is up to date.

Is there any thing that i am missing.

Have you correctly configured additional data source and mappings if necessary?

As you say same setup is working on a different server, you will need to look for some differences.
Usually this problem can happen when there is a problem in system check, but you say it is ok, so I don't know what the problem might be.
