Joomdle and Hikashop Setting Price as Free?

I am using Joomla 3.2.3, Hikashop 2.3.3 and Moodle 2.6+
If I set a price on the course for Joomdle, it pulls over fine. But if I set a price as 0 (or free) the Enroll and/or Buy Now button does not display in Joomla.

Any ideas?

Buy button will only show if there is a cost for the course.
Enrol button will only appear if self-enrolment is enabled for the course.
