how to customize the New User Details email ?

When I an user from moodle to Joomla, there is an email automatically sent to user, I would like to customize this email and if I want to translate the email into another language, which language file do I need to change? Thanks.

That email is normal Joomla email sent on user registration, so I don't think you can customize it (unless youo change joomla lang files)
