add user? migrate to jomdle? what should I do? was created by Marcos
Hi!
I just Installed and succesfully configured joomdle 0.95 in a joomla 3.3.1 with Moodle 2.7.
I components> joomdle > users I see 3 columns: Joomla Account, moodle account and joomdle user. As my joomla site is working for some time now and moodle was just installed all users (around 600) are only in joomla account.
I need joomla and moodle to work as one so all accounts in joomla should be the same in moodle, when a user creates an account or login in joomla should be created and logged in moodle as well and when a user logs out in joomla or moodle it is logged out in the other one.
What should I use?
* add users to moodle?
* migrate users to joomdle?
* Sync moodle profiles?
*Sync joomla profiles?
can you explain me the difference?
Thanks!!
Marcos

Hi.
You should use "Add users to Moodle".
If you have any additional data source configured, then you can use "Sync Moodle profifiles" after that.
600 users is quite a bit, so you will need to do it in batches, so you don't hit PHP limits.
Anyway: usually you won't need to add all your users now. They will be automatically created if the enrol in any courses through Joomdle.
