how to find the IP and port for XMLRPC traffic?

Hello,

When i use the System check option i see the message "Received empty response from Moodle". The configuration is correct in both Joomla and Moodle, but i can't make it work..

The network admin told me that i have to provide him the IP and the port on which Joomla communicate with Moodle in order to open it in firewall. But i don't know how can i find those data..

Can somebody told me how to do it?

Anyone, please? Any idea how can i solve this issue? This is what i see when i use "System Check":

XMLRPC traffic is HTTP traffic, so it uses port 80.
IP is internal IP address of the server (assuming Joomla and Moodle are on the same domain)

To be sure that i'll give the correct answer to the network administrators: no other settings must be done if the website (Joomla) is accessible from outside company network? I can access the Joomla website and the Moodle website, but i can't connect those two websites..

Yes, usually problem is that even when you can access Joomla and Moodle fine, they cannot connect to each other.
