PDF Files not opening in Joomdle Wrapper

I am trying to get my PDF files to open in the Joomdle wrapper but they are not. How do I set them to do this?

I am also trying to avoid going into Moodle when someone is taking a Quiz. How do I get the quiz inside the wrapper as well?

I don't really understand your setup. How are you showing course contents? Using Joomdle course view?
How did you configure Moodle links in Joomdle configuration? By default, it uses the wrapper.

Maybe you can add some screenshots describing the problems.

I've attached some screenshots of how the quizzes are showing up in Moodle instead of in our template and the PDF's are just opening as a PDF in the same window. I set the PDF's in Moodle to open in a new browser window but that isn't working. So I'm thinking Joomdle trumps Moodle settings altogether?

We would ideally like the PDF's to open in a new browser window. I put some notes in red text on the screenshots for you. I hope this makes better sense.

Quizzes will open in Moodle wrapper, so it seems it is working just fine. I see you are using the course view, and when it links to a quiz, it will open Moodle inside the wrapper.
The option is to use a stripped down Moodle template, like this:
3-bits.org/download/joomdlebs.zip

Where do I install the .zip file? Sorry if I'm asking a beginner question but I'm still trying to become familiar with the environments.

Also, how do I get the PDF's opening in a new browser window? Right now, even when I set them in Moodle to open in a new browser window, they are opening in the same browser window. Thanks again.

It is a moodle template. Check moodle documentation on how to install them. Basically you need to unzip it in themes folder.

You can't right now. When we developed this, most browsers were using 3rd party apps to show PDF, so there was no need for new window.
Now they are opening them inside the browser, so we should see if we can add the option for a future release.
