Help please.
My host changed my IP, they say for better service. Now I get Source IP not allowed in Joomdle System check. It tells me the ip so I put that ip (which is the old ip my server had before they changed it) and the check is now good. But that IP is not the IP my server is using. I have a different IP now.
Where is the setting to fix the IP to a new IP? I have Moodle 2.7 (Build: 20140512)
You say you use the old IP and it still works, have they already changed the IP or are they going to change? What happens if you trace your old IP does it still bring up your website?
It looks like they are temporarily forwarding the old ip to the new one and will make a permanent change in a few days. So when that happens I will get back with you and let the forum know. Thanks for the tip.
