Bundle Emails not being sent

Bundle Emails not being sent was created by Jocelyn Garner
Hi Antonio, I just finished the upgrade of Leslie's site from Moodle 2.3.2 to 2.5.8 successfully. Everything seems to be working EXCEPT that the Bundle emails are not going out. Again.
System Check is green for everything.
Joomla 2.5.28
Joomdle 0.95
Moodle 2.5.8
As you know I set these courses up a long time ago (late 2012) with earlier versions of Joomla, Joomdle, and Moodle. Somewhere along the line it looks like the individual courses were NOT set up with Joomdle as one of the Enrollment options, even though Joomdle is set up correctly and available. We might have switched to Manual enrollments when we were experimenting. So the settings for all 3 of the courses in the bundle I just attempted look like this:
Could this be the reason why the bundle emails are NOT going out?
Everything else is working: I'm enrolled in the course, I receive my Hikashop emailed receipt, the courses show up in my list of courses on the site, and I can access the course content.
What do you think?

Hi Jocelyn. Sorry for the slow reply. I am out of town this week, and quite busy.
Joomdle enrol plugin for Moodle is not needed, and won't affect email sent, so that should be fine.
I don't remeber why bundle emails were not sent back in the day, so I cannot give you any hints without doing some debugging on the site, sorry.
