How To Deal With Existing Virtuemart Products/Moodle Courses was created by michaelhermary
Before installing Joomdle, I was using a mysql view to enrol Virtuemart purchasers into Moodle courses. If I remove that, I'm wondering how Joomdle is going to take over for it, i.e. how do I tell Joomdle which existing Virtuemart products connect with which existing Moodle courses?
Thanks,
Phil

Hi Phil.
To "link" existing products and courses, procedure is quite easy:
1- Set product SKU in VM to the Moolde course ID*
2- Add product to VM category as configured in Joomdle->Shop
* This is the database ID, not the course ID number in Moodle. It is the one you see in Moodle URL when you go to a course.
Example:
moodle/course/view.php?id=51
In this case, you would set product sku to 51.
