User not created after payplan user subscribes

Hello:
I am using:

Joomla 2.5.9
payplans 2.3.8
moodle 2.3
jomsocial 2.8.3

When a new user subscribes to a course a joomdle or Moodle user is not created automatically. Whereby, I have to manually click on add users to moodle on the joomdle back end in order to create the users.

I am using the Quick registration (from payplans) option.

Any guidance would be valued.

I never used quick registration, so I don't know if that is the problem.

To find out, just create a user in the backend, and see if he gets created in moodle (assuiming you have enabled user auto creation)

I created the user on the back end, and it still didn't create a joomdle or moodle user. Auto create is turned on.

Any suggestions?

Did you enable profile types integration? Disable it if so.

Ok, I disabled user type integration, in the joomdle configuration panel. and it worked when I created a user on the joomla back end (moodle and joomdle user was created automatically).

However, when I tried to create a user from the payplans front end, I got an error -

Login Denied Your has account is either been blocked or you have not activated it.
Registration Failed, (with the payplans quick registration)

When I tried the the Jomsocial registration I get to the second step and then I get a blank screen with error stating that there is a redirection loop.


and when clicking on joomdle users (list) in the joomdle component on the backend, I get a blank page with this error.

XML-RPC Error (404): Unknown error

Please help, as now I am much werse off than when I started. At least then I could get the job done, manually...

An update to my last reply is that I was able to fix the XML-RPC Error (404): Unknown error by clearing the cache. The rest of the problem still remains.

By the way, other possible info. that may impact the issue is as follows:

I also have virtuemart installed, but I am not using it to sell courses, just books.

Certain joomdle configs are:

use redirectless SSO = No
use redirectless logout = No
additional data source = jomsocial
shop integration = none

Ok, another update is that it seems to be working (the user are being auto created), however I am getting some ambiguous errors after registering the user.

I realize this may not be your responsibility, but sure would appreciate it if you could point me in the right direction as per how I can stop or modify these messages.

Have you enabled auto-login on registration? Try disabling it.
