Can't access Users tab in Joomdle Component in Joomla 1.5

I don't know how to even approach fixing this problem. When I click on the Users tab, the page shows up blank with the following showing in the url bar: woootug.com/administrator/index.php?opti...m_joomdle&view=users (woootug not the real name).

Can someone please help me?

Does everything else work? Is your system health check ok? What version of Joomdle, Joomla and Moodle?

Yes, everything else works. Its just the 'Users, Mappings and Profile Types' tabs that turn up a blank page when I click on them. The system check passes everything, they are all green. I am using Joomla version 1.5 with Moodle version 1.9.19 and Joomdle version R0.9.

Check server logs to try to find the error: blank page usually means a PHP error.

Do you have many users? Does it take long to show the blank page? Maybe it's a timeout problem, although that should appear on the logs.
