[SOLVED] Health Check fails

I am very new to joomdle and cannot seem to find a search function for this forum. Please accept my apologies if this has already been solved.

I am using moodle 2.4.x with joomla 3.1.1

I get the error messages below with healthcheck. I believe that I have set up both moodle and joomla correctly. This happens with both cURL and fp_get connection methods.

Everything is ok except for the last line.

I SOLVED THE PROBLEM by populating the Functions of the Joomdle service I had created on moodle.
