Theme/appearance of scorm in joomla was created by Mary Beth
On this page of your demo
www.joomdle.com/jdemo/index.php?option=c...rse&id=17&Itemid=414
which is in the moodle features course, you have a scorm example.
This scorm example is showing in your joomla theme with your right sidebar , without all the moodle theme around it. Your example does not include the moodle stuff like the title, the breadcrumbs, the navigation to the left and the settings block to the left, dockable or not.
I have found one or two posts stating that you have provided a demo theme, which I have downloaded and attempted to use. I uploaded it to my moodle's theme forlder (for anyone who's curious how this works) and chose it in moodle in site administration, appearance, themes. But it doesn't look any different than the default theme for moodle, except for link colors.
If turn off those blocks, it turns them off for the admin too. Your eexample siggests that it is possible to display JUST the socrm content, and not moodle's theme... Witht the navigation and settings to the left, they can go to pages I don't want, with blocks I don't want them to see, etc.
How do I make it so I don't see moddle's theme in my iframe? am I doing something wrong in the way I set this up?

ok, the navigation and settings dock/sidebar can be removed following these directions -
docs.moodle.org/24/en/Blocks_FAQ#How_do_...n-logged-in_users.3F
Under "how do I hide front page blocks from non-logged in users.. I deleted the "authenitcated user" and student and guest from those two blocks, but made sure to add manager and course creator, just in case^^.
