Can I safely upgrade Moodle from 2.3+ to 2.5? was created by Juan Pablo Arceo
Newbie question here: I have a site set up with Joomla2.5.8 Moodle 2.3+ and Joomdle 0.9 can I safely upgrade to Moodle2.4.4 and then 2.5 without breaking Joomdle connection?

We only have tested 2.5 a little bit, but so far it has not given any problems.

From the moodle point of view, yes. Any version from 2.2 to 2.4 can be updated to 2.5 directly.

And about joomdle, moodle keeps the information in the database so it should works without problem. If you get some error after the migration then just uninstall and install Joomdle from the Site Administration with the new Plugins Overview and Install Addons option.
