I'm testing with paypal sandbox.
Everything seems to work correctly, user recieves confirmation email and is redirected to the website but it is not enroled in the course (enrol methods enabled are: manual, joomdle, paypal).
Moodle webservices are working.
Every joomdle function is assigned to the service, a user is assigned to the service.
The service is assigned viewcourse and joomdle/enrol permissions.
Does it need more permissions?

Suddenly it started working. The only change I made was adding paypal and joomdle enrolments to the enabled methods for course enroling (which wasn't enable at the time I wrote the post, despite I wrote it was).
Don't know if that change solved my problem but apparently it did.
