Can I implement adding users through moodle csv was created by Don Chico
moodle csv file template of automatically inserting users in moodle like if I want to upload 40 users enrolled in the same subject and same professor.

and how will I do it in joomdle? will it automatically sync all the users I have added in moodle to my joomla and joomdle or will I have to sync them every time I have a new batch of moodle csv's to upload?

You can find similar postings in this forum as the issue is greater than just importing users. That said, in brief it does not work directly if you want Joomla to be the master.
