[Closed] Joomdle Web Services fails post upgrade 2.5 was created by Jason E
I just upgraded moodle from 2.4 to 2.5
My system check fails for Joomdle Web Services only, the other checks are ok.
An unexpected error happened: 28260048: Invalid response value detected | DEBUG INFO: joomdle_auth => Invalid response value detected: Invalid external api response: the value is "", the server was expecting "int" type | ERRORCODE: invalidresponse
I tried upgrading joomdle also (and all joomdle folders in moodle) to R0.92
I also created a new token and tried that, same results.
I checked all of the web services settings in moodle and I can't see anything wrong.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.

I also tried deleting and recreating the external service and token. no luck.
I followed the instructions www.joomdle.com/wiki/System_health_check#Joomdle_Web_Services
and deleted table rows for joomdle. went to notifications and reinstalled, having new joomdle version folders in moodle (fresh download) and reinstalled joomdle in moodle. also no luck.
And unlike the user in a similar post, yes I can log into moodle directly.
Oh, also, I forgot to mention that prior to upgrade, I had to change all tables to unicode utf8_general_ci
some of them were in wierd settings and the upgrade wasn't allowed that way.

Ok, I got it finally.
I guess I forgot to re enable and reconfigure the joomdle authentication within moodle.
Works now.
Thanks and hope this helps others.
