CB Avatar sync problem was created by David Haider
Hi. I can't get CB/Moodle avatar syncing to work. Using the following:
Moodle: 2.5.1+
Joomla: 2.5.11
CB: 1.9.1
CB Joomdlehooks plugin - installed and published
Joomdle: 0.92
I can edit avatars in Joomla/CB (but not in moodle) which is how I believe it works? When I modify avatars in CB/Joomla they don't sync to Moodle. Sometimes performing a 'Sync Moodle users' in Joomdle updates the avatars in Moodle but not always, and this never seems to happen automatically.
In Joomdle settings I have additional data source set to community builder. I have no mappings set-up as I understand that is not required?
I don't have the cbmycourse plugin installed.
Please help.

Try this:
- Change profile pic in CB
- Go to backend->users, edit user and just click save
- Check avatar in Moodle

Hi. Thanks. Unfortunately that has not worked for me :(
Changed an image in CB (backend) then went to the normal joomla user section of the backend and opened the same individual and saved the profile. Checked in moodle and still that person retains the grey CB profile icon.

I don't know what the problem might be. I have tested on my J2.5 installation, and it worked fine.
It may be something specific to your enviroment, as no one else has reported this problem before. Check your apache error log in case there is something there.
