Jomsocial toolbar plugin was created by Ahmed Alshaarawy
No matter what setting for linke mamngment in main jmoodle component ,the link to courses in jomsocial plugin redirects using WRP ,even if i set iy up in joomdle to new window

Not sure what link you refer to. It's true that elearning one points to wrapper.

Anyway, I don't think you need this plugin anymore, as you can edit Jomsocial menu and add any links you want right?
