Community Builder 2.0.2

Hi Everyone

Anyone using Joomdle with CB 2.x
I am looking at updating our Joomla CB from 1.9 to v2.0.2, however I see in a test installation CB 2 warns that CB Plug-ins "Joomdlehooks Communty Builder" and "My Courses" are not compatible with this version of CB (2.0.2)

However it testing Joomdle integration and CB profile views, all seems OK, just asking if anyone has run into any issues.

Hi have not yet tested CB 2.x, but if it says that, I guess they changed something and we will need to update our plugins.

Well, "my courses" plugin is not mandatory, so if you are not using it, it does not matter to you.
For joomdlehooks: is data sync working fine? If it is, maybe "jomdlehooks community builder" plugin is not needed anymore.

I will install CB 2 when I have some time, so I can look into it.

I installed CB 2.0.2 and checked the plugins. I also saw them marked as incompatible. I will update them for next release, however they seem to be working fine now.

The only change needed to make them appear as compatible was to change version in xml files for both plugins:
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbjoomdlemycourses/cbmycourses.xml
components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_joomdlehookscommuntybuilder/joomdlehookscb.xml

You must change version line to:
<version>2.0.2</version>

Question? Does / Should the Joomdle plug-in "joomdlehookscommuntybuilder" link/update Joomdle with any user profiles changes that are make in the background?

My scenario is now in CB 2 I am used a additional plug-in "CB Auto Actions" which in my case I update the username to make the email address every time a user update their profile. However the change is not push through to Joomdle or Moodle.

Joomlde does not support username changing, as it uses username to link users in joomla-moodle.

I don't understand what you do, either. Why do you need to change username?

I was thinking of making username the same as email address, because our users/customers sometimes forget username.
