Easysocial profile synchronization not working.

Hi

I have subscribed and downloaded your EasySocial plugins. my joomdle is working fine both moodle and joomla are on single session but profile updates are not synchronized in moodle and avatar, etc are not being updated to moodle profile when user updates on easysocial. As there is no tutorial available to setup these plugins, I went through the following process:

1 - Installed plugin to Joomla
2 - Enabled plugins

3 - Changed settings from joomla>components>joomdle>configuration>user profiles>additional data → Easysocial

4 - From "moodle>Site Administration>Plugin>Authentication>Joomdle" I enables profile sync.


I have attached screenshots of settings. Software details are:
Joomla 3.4.0
EasySocial 1.3.2
Moodle 2.8

Please provide me step by step instructions to solve this issue.

Sorry to hear you are having problems. A few quick questions:
- I assume your system health check is all green?
- Did you perform the data field mapping so Joomdle knows which fields to syncronize?
- Is everything working eg Login, enrollment, Moodle data showing up in Joomla?
