Problem with joomdlehookcb

First, I'm sorry for the category, but I don't have the category "3rd component" when adding a post.
My problem is that when you add a user (or modification) in "Community Builder" I received a blank page with this message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method plgUserJoomdlehooks::sync_user() in /var/www/vhosts/MY_SITE/httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_joomdlehookscommuntybuilder/joomdlehookscb.php on line 45

I don't know why you would get that,.
Do you have Joomdle working correcty, with system check all green?
