Question regarding CB (but no possibility to post in that categorie)

First of all, my apologies for posting the question in this category. You indicate that I should post questions regarding 3rd party extensions in the relevant category, but I see no possibility for that.

My question is:
Since the php upgrade to 7.4 (was 7.2) I get this error. Is this something you can fix in the code? Joomla/Joomdle/Moodle are all up to date.

Thanks for the bug report.

You cannot post in that forum because posting is restricted to users with an active subscription, as that's needed to get support for 3rd party integration plugins.

I will take a look a the plugin next week and try to release a new version fixing the issue.

That's strange. I do have an active subscription (#8O56WJCM6270). This one ends at may 2021.

You are right.... and I see you are correctly in the Active subscribers user group, so you should be able to post there....I tested with my account and I can open new topics, so I don't know what happens.

I am going to move this topic to the solcial extensions forum. Please try to reply there to see if you have the rights. You can also try logging out and back in, to see if that helps.
