Can you please advise: I have the user in Joomla, which is entered in Moodle as negative one. In moodle I do not see her as the user.

What is wring here?

Negative ID means Moodle only user.

If you have "duplicates" in Joomdle-Users, most probably is due to caps in Joomla username: Moodle does not allow caps in usernames.
