Hi,

I'm using Acymailing tool in joomla for sending out newsletters and stuff. I know you can insert course tags into Acymail via a plugin, but what would be great is if there was a mailing list created automatically for each moodle course, so that I could email specific newsletters to those students specifically.

What you want is already possible: you can create list for each course, in Joomdle->Mailing lists.
When a user enrols later, he is automatically added to list.
