[Closed] Is Joomdle what I need? was created by Pat Forest
I'm a total Joomdle newbie, but from the descriptions, it sounds like what I'm looking for.

My organization hosts two sites - one joomla, one moodle, joined by links. I want to join them under a joomla template so that the organization can have one visual identity and also some functionality. For instance, the top banners should be the same and I'd like them to share some features like news announcements that are presented in the right banner.

Will Joomdle do this?

Can anyone point me to some sites that are similarly merged?

Thanks.

Hi.

What Joomdle offers in terms of visuals is having Moodle as a wrapper inside Joomla.
Thus, you maintain the same look trhu the site (headers, footer, etc).

You would need to choose a Moodle template that matches your Joomla one and/or adapt it to your needs.

You can see an example here:

Thanks, Antonio.
As far as functionality - would any crossover? For instance, if I am on a Joola page and do a search, will it search the Moodle site also?
I'm guessing not, but hope I'm wrong.
Thanks again.
